The Brain Fitness Program™: It is designed as 40 one-hour sessions. A session is comprised of 4 exercises of 15 minutes each. To do the exercises, just click on a computer mouse. No prior computer experience is necessary. Regular use can range from 15 minutes to as much time as you’d like. This ensures that you are working at the pace that is right for you! It also tracks your sessions and gives you extensive detail Once you have completed the first set of 40 sessions, the program allows you to do another set as often as you like.
